Halibut
Mussel sauce, pickled & burned leek, tapioca pearls & dill oil

Veal back & tails
Variation of onions – shells, puree & chips, potato confit, mushroom crème & veal sauce

”Unika ask” cheese
Buckwheat tuille, apple puree, fresh apples & chives

White chocolate & rhubarb
Burned chocolate, rhubarb sorbet, cake & sorrel
